Your Stuck Pattern

You're a performer.

You were everyone's ride or die.

That was real.

And so is this.

Your Result

What The Performer actually is

You walked into every room and owned it. Not because you were performing — because you were genuinely engaged, genuinely excited, genuinely present for whoever was there.  You made the elaborate dinner. You pulled off the incredible project. You showed up fully and people felt it.

The thing is — you were so good at reading the room and rising to meet it that somewhere along the way, your own preferences and opinions got a little...quiet. Maybe a lot quiet. You were morphing and blending and enjoying it so much you didn't stop to ask: but what do I actually want?  What do I actually think? What would I do if there were no one to do it for?

And now the room has changed. The audience is smaller or gone entirely. And you are standing in a silence you do not know what to do with because you have never had to perform for an audience of one before.

That girl who loved playing to her audience and blessing those around her? Her skills and talents are still there. Just now she gets to add some of her own intention to how she uses them.

A Personal Note

From me to you

I want you to know how glad I am you're here.
I made the Stuck Pattern framework because "stuck" or "lost" or "small" were too general.  As I worked with women who were feeling stuck and watched my STRONG framework help them turn everything around, I noticed that there were differences to HOW they were stuck. Patterns, even. Your heart and your feelings are too tender and too precise to be generalized. And naming has power.
It is not uncommon for many of us at one point or another to wake up one ordinary morning and realize the volume on our own lives has been slowly turned down without our permission.
I read every result. I pray for the women who come through this.
And I want to say plainly: God is not done with you yet. The hunger you're feeling for more, the grief over feeling small — that's not you being crazy or ungrateful. That's evidence.
You were never meant to live on a dimmer switch.
