Here's the truth: It doesn’t have to be that way.
I’ve walked through many seasons — career changes, motherhood, leadership, ministry, business, and now the transition into an emptier home. Each shift stretched me, exposed me, and challenged me — offering me the choice to dig deeper.
I didn’t begin this journey as a confident woman. I began unsure, insecure, and unaware — dismissive, even — of who I actually was beneath all my roles. But God set me on a path that became my life’s work: learning who I am in Him, understanding who I just am in my wiring and design, developing my potential, and learning how to apply my faith in a real-life, rubber-meets-the-road way — so I could help others do the same.
Here’s the truth I learned along the way:
Identity is not found in our roles, our relationships, our responsibilities, or the responses we receive from those.
Identity is found in Christ — and in the unique design and raw materials He’s entrusted to you.
When you’re grounded in the truth of who you are, transitions don’t wreck you.
They reveal you.
And knowing who I am in Christ — and staying tuned to who I just am — carried me through some of the hardest moments of my story:
And these same practices, tools, and insights I now teach — the ones rooted in Scripture, identity, and self-awareness — are the ones that got me, and continue to keep me, steady.
I want to help you experience the same: a grounded identity, a reclaimed sense of self, and the assurance to walk into your next chapter with confidence.
